Information on the shipment of items and managing any changes to your order
We ship most items to the United Kingdom, European Union, Asia, Americas and Australasia. We can sometimes ship items to other destinations. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please email us for a quotation.
Shipping Options and Time Frames
Most items are delivered within five working days from payment clearance to UK addresses, with deliveries commonly being made within two working days. Deliveries to EU, NZ and AU addresses usually arrive within 10 working days and commonly within five working days. If we do not anticipate to be able to make this target, we’ll contact you with a number of options, including the option to cancel.
Pre-Orders & Back Orders
Pre-orders and out of stock items that are available for purchase are commonly scheduled for shipment to us within three weeks and we often place an estimated fulfilment date on the product’s page. We will contact you if timelines are revised so that you have the opportunity to cancel your order or accept the revised fulfilment date.
Free UK Delivery
We currently offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders over £40.00. Just choose ‘Free UK Delivery’ at checkout.
Expedited UK Delivery
Need your items quickly? Select ‘Expedited Delivery’ at checkout and we’ll both a) prioritise the processing of your order for dispatch and b) have it delivered with the fastest service our delivery agent can offer for your location. Most orders placed before 15.00 can be delivered on the following working day and we are able to deliver on Saturdays to most urban United Kingdom locations.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

All fragile items are appropriately packed and insured. If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us.
Exchanges and Returns
You can exchange any item within 30 days of purchase provided it is unused and in resellable condition. Items must be returned in the same product packaging with all labels and any swing tags still attached. Please contact us so that we can make arrangements and reserve replacement stock to avoid unnecessary delays.

Items must be appropriately packaged (ideally use the same protective packaging you received the items in, or similar). Please ensure that the item is appropriately insured as we can only refund items that are returned to us in resellable condition. Refunds will be processed within five working days of receipt of the item. The timeframe for the return of your funds is set by PayPal.
