Stock Status & Dispatch Information

In Stock

• Stock available for dispatch
• For orders of a greater quantity than we have current stock on hand, we’ll automatically reserve units from the inbound shipment and dispatch the order. Any pre-ordered units are shown in your cart.

Pre-Order

• We are expecting an inbound shipment or will include your items in the next shipment from the manufacturer or supplier.
• We automatically reserve stock from the inbound shipment and dispatch pre-ordered items as soon as the shipment arrives.

Pre-Order dispatch timelines

Out of Stock

• We are currently out of stock.
• Email Customer Services for specific advise on options for ordering out of stock products.

Notifications

• You’ll receive an email communicating the shipping details for each dispatch and the items included in the shipment.
• We may fulfil your order in multiple shipments.

Expedited Delivery

• If your order contains both In Stock and Pre-Order item(s), and you opt for Expedited Delivery, please write a note at checkout informing us whether you’d like us to ship the in stock items immediately, or your entire order to be shipped when the pre-ordered items arrive into our warehouses.
